TIMMRECK AND JASON AND TIFFANI ANDRYSHAK
A public hearing was conducted on July 21, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Dale K. Hall, Chair
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem
Commissioner George E. Baxter
Commissioner M. J. Geile
Commissioner Glenn Vaad
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick
Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison
Planning Department representative, Ben Patton
Public Works representative, Don Carroll
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated July 7, 1999, and duly published July 110, 1999, in
the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Dennis and
Wendy Timmreck and Jason and Tiffani Andryshak for a Home Business in the A (Agricultural)
Zone District. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Ben Patton,
Department of Planning Services, submitted a memorandum, marked Exhibit E, requesting a
continuance to allow Department of Planning Services staff adequate time to post a sign of
notification on the property. In response to Mr. Morrison, Esther Gesick, Deputy Clerk to the Board,
stated notices were sent to surrounding property owners, as well as published in the legal
newspaper. Mr. Morrison stated staff is required to post the sign ten days prior to the hearing.
There was no public testimony concerning this matter.
Based on the request of the Planning staff, Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to continue the
request of Dennis and Wendy Timmreck and Jason and Tiffani Andryshak for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Special Review Permit#1233 for a Home Business in the A (Agricultural)
Zone District, to August 4, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Geile,
and it carried unanimously.
