Home My WebLink About992634.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sunita Sharma be appointed to said board as the Bar Association representative, to replace Mark Rapp, and Rebecca Quick be appointed to said board as a citizen representative, to replace Terri Olivas, and WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jim Gault be reappointed to said board as the Division of Youth Services representative, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Sunita Sharma and Rebecca Quick, and reappoint Jim Gault to said board, with their terms to expire November 1, 2002. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Sunita Sharma and Rebecca Quick be, and hereby are appointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, with their terms to expire November 1, 2002. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Jim Gault be, and hereby is reappointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, with his term to expire November 1, 2002. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of November, A.D., 1999.
