RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO WELD 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld 911 Emergency Telephone Service
Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Terry Urista, law enforcement representative, be
appointed to said board to replace Mike Guthrie, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Terry Urista to said board, with his term
to expire January 13, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Terry Urista be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld 911 Emergency
Telephone Service Authority Board, with his term to expire January 13, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of January, A.D., 1996.
