The purpose of the revised ACC is to extend the budget authority for two years for project C099- V090-009 which expires November 30, 1995 . The contract authority for the expiring project is funded from our project account balance. In the past, new dollars were used to fund expiring projects. However, due to budget deficit at the Federal level, HUD has chosen to revise it's funding process. The Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract is attached. Staff is recommending approval of the Annual Contributions Contract(ACC) for the Section 8 program.
