I have visited the site and have the following comments on the location for the proposed trailer
houses and the access point:
Access:
The applicant needs to improve the access point to meet the Weld County Public Works standard
access sheet No. 1, Commercial Access. By changing the use of the property,this access needs to
improved. Please refer to the attached sheet.
Setback:
The proposed trailer houses should be setback at least 20 feet from the right-of-way or property line
to provide adequate sight distance to the east.

With respect to the above, SOCO-Wallenberg Corporation ("SOCO-Watt") would like to ensure
that you are aware of its interest in the Bauer 9-1 well located in the NWASEV. of Section 9,
Township 5 North, Range 64 West, 6th P.M., which is in a portion of the lands contained in the
proposed site specific development plan and special review permit.
Any plans for use of the surface, including zoning determination, must take into account the
existing well equipment, production site, buried pipelines, access road, as well as any future
operations for this well (reworking, recompletion, etc.).
Please notify SOCO-Watt of fixture public hearings or development proposals concerning this
property.
