RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Clayton Gage be appointed to said board, to
replace Anne White as the District 1 representative, and that Anita Owens, District 6
representative, Gary Stewart, at large representative, and Wayne Hendrix, associate member,
be reappointed, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Clayton Gage and to reappoint
Anita Owens, Gary Stewart, and Wayne Hendrix to said board, with their terms to expire
December 31, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Clayton Gage be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County
Board of Adjustment, with his term to expire December 31, 1999.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Anita Owens, Gary Stewart, and Wayne Hendrix, be,
and hereby are, reappointed to the Weld County Board of Adjustment, with their terms to expire
December 31, 1999.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of December, A.D., 1996.
