RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION OF GENERAL FUND WARRANTS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
-administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado,and
WHEREAS,oertain General Fund Warrants in the total amounts of$9,314.11, $49,324.47,
$5,468.11, $1,020;62, $1,267.48,and $68,955.22 have been issued in error,and
WHEREAS,-a list of the specific warrant numbers,dates,-names and amounts is on file with
the Accounting Department, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board'deems it advisable to approve cancellation of said
-warrants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that those General Fund Warrantslorthe-months of-November and December
of 1994, and January, February, March, and April of 1995, in the amounts of $9,314.11,
$49,324.47,$5,468.11,$1,020.62, $1,267.48, and$68,955.22, respectively, be,and hereby are,
cancelled and held for naught.
Theabove and foregoing Resolution was,on-motion duly made andseconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 8th day of May, A.D., 1995.
