being considered ample and satisfactory, it was on motion ordered that they be approved.

J R Scott and the County Treasurer appeared before the Board and showing that the NF -1-63 ,
had been sold for the tax of 1909 through an error of treasurers office, as he had applied. t• pay
said tax but the same could not be found, for this reason he requests theCommissioners to authorise
the County Treasurer to redeem said land for the face of said certificate, Afi$r carefully oonsiderig
said request it was on motionlordered that the ,County Treasurer be authorized and eireoted ''to issue
c :e proper redemption eerti-!ieate to J R Scott on the payment of the sum of $94.55.
