Specific Development Plan and a Special Review permit for a recreational and storage facility in the A
(Agricultural) zone district. The parcel of land is described as part of the SW4 of Section 30,TSN, R65W of
the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been
submitted is north of and adjacent to 49th street;approximately 1/2 mile west of U.S. Highway 85. For a more
