Amended Lot B will utilize an on-lot septic system if needed in the future. 3 . A DESCRIPTION OF HOW THE PROPERTY IS BEING USED. Currently, the proposed site is located in the agricultural Zone District . Lot A, as mentioned above , contains an existing residence which disturbs no prime farm ground . Lot B is primarily prime farm ground with an existing metal shed which sits adjacent to Lot A. 4. REASON FOR PROPOSED RECORDED EXEMPTION AND HOW EACH LOT WILL BE USED. The purpose of this amended recorded exemption is to amend Lot B to follow the approximate high water line on the Easterly side of the Maintnomah Reservoir. Thru Planning Staff ' s time and research , they found that the reservoir does in fact legally split Lot B from it ' s previous configuration, thus creating a legal buildable site on the portion to the West ( 4 . 79± Ac. ) of the reservoir ( see attached letter from Planning Department dated July 13 , 1996 ) . Lot B, as proposed , will continue to be farmed as in the past . It is also the purpose of this amendment to amend Lot A from its original configuration to allow for a "farm yard" for Lot B, and to utilize as much prime farm ground as possible . Lot A will continue to be an existing single family dwelling site . 5. A DESCRIPTION OF THE LOCATION, SIZE AND PRESENT USE OF THE AREA WHERE THE PROPOSED NEW LOT WILL BE CREATED.
