the Town Hall , 645 Holbrook , Erie , Colorado , or at such place and
time as the hearing may be adjourned to , a PUBLIC HEARING will be
held upon the application made by
Johnston/NELX
for the purpose of :
ANNEXATION
pursuant to the Codes of the Town of Erie and any applicable State
Statutes .
The Affected property is located :
Between WCR 5 and WCR 3 as East and West Boundaries ,
and the North side of Colorado Highway 7 ,
extending approximately 1- mile to the North
The legal description of the property is :
See Attached
The application and any excessively large legal description
are on file with the Town of Erie .
Interested and affected parties are encouraged to attend . The
Board of Trustees will be taking comments prior to making a
determination or taking any action on this matter .

Johnston Annexation to the Town of Erie, Colorado .
Part One of a Two-Part Annexation.
Legal Description:
The north-west 1/4 of Section 32 , Township 1 North, Range 68 West of
the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Weld, State of Colorado, being
more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the north-west corner of the north-west 1/4 of said
Section 32; thence 889°25 52 E a distance of 2622. 84 feet to the
north-east corner of said 1/4 Section; thence S00°01138"W a distance
of 2637. 12 feet to the south-east corner of said 1/4 Section; thence
N89°31 ' 43"W a distance of 2633 .34 feet to the south-west corner of
said 1/4 Section; thence NO0°15 ' 20"E a distance of 2641. 52 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
The above described tract of land contains 159 . 23 acres , more
or less .

A tract of land situated in Sections 32 and 33, Township 1 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th principal Meridian, County of Weld, State of
Colorado, and in Section 5, Township 1 South, Range 68 West, County
of Adams, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the north-west corner of the north-west 1/4 of the
north-east 1/4 of said Section 32; thence S89°26 ' 03"E a distance of
1311. 45 feet to the north-east corner of said north-west 1/4 of the
north-east 1/4; thence S00°05 ' l1"E a distance of 1317 . 50 feet to the
south-east corner of said north-west 1/4 of the north-east 1/4;
thence 889°28 ' 53"E on and along the north line of the south-east 1/4
of the north-east 1/4 of said Section 32 and continuing across the
right-of-way of Weld County Road No. 5, a distance of 1354 .05 feet to
a point on the apparent easterly right-of-way line of said County
