Home My WebLink About972465.tiff / k� RESOLUTION RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR THE WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL CERTAIN COUNTY TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Arthur L. Willis, II, Weld County Treasurer, has requested authorization to cancel certain County Tax Lien Sale Certificates, a list of the specific certificates being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to cancel said certificates as requested by the Weld County Treasurer, pursuant to CRS 39-10-114. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Arthur L. Willis, II, Weld County Treasurer, be, and hereby is, authorized to cancel said County Tax Lien Sale Certificates. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of November, A.D., 1997.
