RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER DALE HALL TO REGIONAL
COMMUNICATION ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner Dale Hall be appointed to said
Regional Communication Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Dale Hall to said board,
with his term to expire December 31, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner Dale Hall be, and hereby is, appointed to the Regional
Communication Advisory Board, and with his term to expire December 31, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 9th day of January, A.D., 1995.
