WHEREAS, The County Commissioners of Weld County,
State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 7th day
of June A.D. 1995 , at which meeting there were present the following
members- Chairman Dale K. Hall and Commissioners Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, George E.
Baxter, Constance L. Harbert, and W. H. Webster

equalize all theaters in Greeley. this particular theater required a large adjustment based on
income and market data. Years 1993 and 1994 are in the same base period --recommend
