13, Longmont, Colorado 80504, the claimant herein,
2. That the principal contractor on the Project is DURAN EXCAVATING, INC.
3. That VARRA COMPANIES, INC. performed labor and furnished materials to DURAN
EXCAVATING, INC. which were used or consumed in the performance of work
contracted to be done on said Project.
4. That the amount due and unpaid to date hereof is $63,451.06.
