JOHN KLINE:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado,
that an agreement submitted by John Kline for trash removal from the Weld County
Courthouse; Weld County Jail and Weld County Nursing Home, copy attached hereto and
made a part of this resolution, be accepted as submitted.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

AGREEMENT OF TRASH HAULING
I, John Kline agree to haul Rubbish on the following terms,:
at the rate of $60.00 per month:
WELD- COUNTY COURT HOUSE
1. Paper from Court House 5 days a week.
2. any remodling will be extra charge.
3. Any furniture boxes the company which brings them there
will be responsible for disposal,
4. Any additional buildingsor hauling will be extra charge in
agreement between me and the Weld County Court House.
WELD COUNTY JAIL
1. L wall haul ashes approximately seven or eight months
or when nes-secary9
2. Ashes will be on outside of building. At any time I am
notified, I will remove ashes.
3. I will empty barrels three times a week or when nessecapye
4. Any remodeling will be extra charge.
WELD COUNTY NURSING HO)vE
i, I will empty- barrels- twice a month_.
2. I will haul cans, and ashes only.
Ash cans will be near or close to alley for hauling.
4,, Any remodeling will be extra charge.
I agree to these terms to haul for this amount for the term
of one year starting June 1, 1963. At the time of June 1, 1964
I will submit an other agreement.
I appreciate your business inthe past. I hope this agreement
