COLORADO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Weld County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
October 16, 1990, at 1:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering a Site
Specific Development Plan and an Amended Special Review permit for the
property described below. Approval of the request may create a vested
property right pursuant to Colorado Law.
APPLICANT: Robert and Katherine Jonnson and Richard and Marcia Chana -
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Part of the Ni NEi of Section 35, T1N, R68W of the 6th
P.M., Weld County, Colorado
TYPE AND INTENSITY OF PROPOSED USE: A breeding, raising, and training
facility for no more than 300
grayhound.
LOCATION: North of Weld County Road 2 and west of and adjacent to Weld
County road 11.
SIZE: 76 acres, more or less
The public hearing will be held in the Weld County Commissioners' Hearing
Room, First Floor, Weld County Centennial Center, 915 Tenth Street, Greeley,
Colorado. Comments or objections related to the above request should be
submitted in writing to the Weld County Department of Planning Services, 915
Tenth Street, Room 342, Greeley, Colorado 80631, before the above date or
presented at the public hearing on October 16, 1990.
Copies of the application are available for public inspection in the
Department of Planning Services, Room 342, Weld County Centennial Center,
915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631 - Phone - 356-4000, Extension
