long East and West and 60 rods wide from North to South;
EXCEPT that portion thereof conveyed to The Colorado Central Railroad
Company in Deed recorded October 23, 1880 in Book 24 at Page 583, more

Commencing at a stake on the West line of said Section 32, Township 5,
