REVERTING GRAVEL EASEMENT
DATED JULY 15, 1957:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County
Colorado, that the Chairman of the Board be and he is hereby authorized to sign
a Quit Claim Deed reverting all of their right, title and interest in and to an
easement removing all gravel, sand, roadmaking and building material acquired
by instrument dated July 15, 1957 and recorded in the records of the Weld County
Clerk and Recorder July 23, 1957, in Book 1482 at page 158, said parcel of land
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section
21, Township 7 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M.; thence North
1,795 feet; thence East to a point 466.66 feet; thence South to a
point 466.66 feet; thence West to a point 466.66 feet; thence
back North to starting point, or 466.66 feet, containing 5 acres, m/1.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

QUIT CLAIM' DEED
THIS DEED, Made this 5th day of June, in the year of our
' Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-eight, between WELD COUNTY,
a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the State of Colorado,
by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for the respective interests
of the COUNTY OF WELD, and the STATE OF COLORADO, of the first
part, and THE PRESENT OWNERS, of the second part;

WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, and in consid-
eration of the sum of other valuable considerations and ten dollars, to said
party of the first part in hand and paid by the said parties of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has re-
mised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents
does remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said parties of
the second part, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
said party of the first part has in and to the following described real estate
situate, lying and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to -wit.
As described in instrument dated July 15, 1957, re-
corded July 23, 1957, in Book 1482, Page 158, Weld
County Records.
To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever,
of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit, and behoof of the said parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns forever.
SIGNED AND DELIVERED this 5th day of June A. D. 1968, by
WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the
STATE OF COLORADO by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for
its respective interests.
