Planning DepDate March 1995 COLORADO Trevor Jiricek, W.C. Health Department S From S-367, Wacker, Charles & Vicky Subject: Our Division has received the February 23, 1995, report concerning the Fox Haven Subdivision. The report does not adequately address our initial request for information expressed in my memo dated December 1, 1994. Specifically, the report does not include the hydraulic conductivity of the soils and groundwater gradient information for the site. This information is pertinent due to the subdivision's proposed location in relation to a Town of Lochbouie community groundwater well. This well provides drinking water to the Town and the above information will allow us to evaluate any impact the subdivision may have on its community water supply. tj/152 k MAR 0 9 1995 I i 950720 i/fI mEmoRAnDum ¶UI'Dc To Todd Hodges, Planning Dept.
