RE: APPROVE RELEASE OF LIENS FOR CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1989-2 -WELD COUNTY
CASA GRANDE/ENCHANTED HILLS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by resolution on November 20, 1989, the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, made an assessment for cost of improvements for Weld County
Casa Grande/Enchanted Hills Local Improvement District No. 1989-2, against owners of
properties included within said district, and
WHEREAS, on November 29, 1989, the above described resolution was recorded with
the Weld County Clerk and Recorder at Book No. 1250, Reception No. 02198760, constituting
liens against said properties, and
WHEREAS, certain owners of said properties have paid the entire amount of said lien,
with said owners and their properties being shown on the attached list, marked as Exhibit "A", a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to release the above mentioned
lien against those properties listed in Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the liens created by resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County and recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and
Recorder at Book No. 1250, Reception No. 02198760, against the properties in the Weld
County Casa Grande/Enchanted Hills Local Improvement District No. 1989-2, as shown on
attached Exhibit "A", be, and hereby are, declared to be satisfied in full and hereby released
from those properties.
