TO CANCEL TAX SALE CERTIFICATE:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has requested
authorization to cancel County certificate #319 of the 1967 tax sale for the
taxes of 1966 with the 1967 taxes endorsed thereon, on improvements only on
Lots 17 to 22, Block 58, Milliken; also, certificate #294 of the 1968 tax sale
for the taxes of 1967 on improvements only on the West 105 acres of the NW4
of Section 19, Township 4 North, Range 65 West, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
believes it to be in the best interest of the County to cancel said tax sale
certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, be and
he is hereby authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate #319 of the 1967
tax sale and Certificate #294 of the 1968 tax sale as described above.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

County Certificate No. 319 of the 1967 tax sale was issued
to the County for the taxes of 1966 with the 1967 taxes endorsed
thereon, on Imps only Lots 17 to 22 Block 58 Ailliken and County
Certificate No. 294 of the 1968 tax sale was issued to the County
for the taxes of 1967 on Imps only y l05a of NWl : Sec 19 T4 it65.
As the Imps have been removed on both properties and the 1968
taxes have been abated, the certificates have no value and present
owners of the lots requests removal of this cloud on title to same.
Therefore, I request resolution authorizing County Treasurer
to canaal County Certificate No. 319 of the 1967 tax sale and
County Certificate No. 294 of the 1968 tax sale.
