19 98, 19 , are erroneous, illegal, or due to error in valuation for the following reasons:

Computer error. When the NOV was sent out on July 1, 1998 the amount was
correct - actual value was 875,855 x 29% =254,000 assessed value. On Nov 19,
1998 a computer program was run and actual value went to 547,690 for no
apparent reason. We were not aware of the change until tax notices went out
with the erroneous amount.

State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 9th day
of August , A.D. 19 99 , at which meeting there were present the following
members: Chair Dale K. Hall, and Commissioners George E. Baxter, M. J. Geile,
and Glenn Vaad, wtth Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmever being excused

This is to advise you that the Weld County Board of Commissioners will hear your petition for
abatement or refund of taxes on the property described as: LEASEHOLD INTEREST VARIOUS
SECTIONS IN 8 & 9 58 SECTIONS 1, 12, 8, 59. The meeting is scheduled for Monday,
August 9, 1999, at 9:00 a.m., at which time you may be heard. You are required to submit any
supporting documentation regarding this petition to the Office of the Clerk to the Board and to the
Weld County Assessor's Office at least seven calendar days prior to the meeting date in order for
it to be considered at said meeting. The Assessor is recommending that the Board APPROVE your
petition.
