RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY HUMAN
SERVICES COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Human Services Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that B. J. Dean, United Way representative, be
reappointed to said committee, and that Irene Rodriguez be appointed to said committee to replace
Shana Oster as a parent policy representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint B. J. Dean and to appoint Irene
Rodriguez to said committee, with their terms to expire December 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that B. J. Dean be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Weld County Human
Services Committee, with her term to expire December 31, 1998.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Irene Rodriguez be, and hereby is, appointed
to said committee, with her term to expire December 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 1st day of April, A.D., 1996.
