OF SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY:
On Motion duly made and seconded, it was
RESOLVED, that ANN SPOMER, Clerk to the Board, be and she
is hereby authorized and directed to post notice of sale of County Property
to be held February 28, 1964, as required by law.
The resolution was adopted by the following vote:

virtue of the authority of a resolution of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, passed January 22, 1964, she did duly and substantionally
post a true copy of the attached notice "Property For Sale" on January 28, 1964,
upon the public bulletin board located in the basement hallway of the Court House
Building at Greeley, Colorado, Weld County, Colorado.

FEBRUARY 28, 1964
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the
Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado on the following
described property to be offered for sale on February 28, 1964, at
10:00 o'clock A. M., with the following exceptions and reservations:
Except reservations in favor of the Union Pacific Railroad Company
and except reservations in the United States Patent and reserving existing
reservoir sites and roads and to any and all existing easements or rights
of way, however evidenced or acquired, and subject to existing leases;
and reserving therefrom to Grantor, all oil, gas, and other minerals
therein or thereunder.
Weld County does not warrant title
Lots 3 and 4, Block 3, Briggsdale, Colorado
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
