RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO POUDRE RIVER TRAIL CORRIDOR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Poudre River Trail Corridor Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Anita Drake, Mike Ketterling, and Dale Hall
be appointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Anita Drake, Mike Ketterling, and
Dale Hall to said board, with their terms to expire June 1997, June 1998, and June 1999,
respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Anita Drake, Mike Ketterling, and Dale Hall be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Poudre River Trail Corridor Board, with their terms to expire June 1997,
June 1998, and June 1999, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of December, A.D., 1996.
