Box 609 Johnstown, CO 80534 RE: Redstone Hills Subdivision CDS Project No. 95-8244 Dear Mr. Hill: This letter discusses 4 topics referring to items (b) through (f) of the article dealing with the Annexation Impact Report for the Redstone Hills Subdivision. They are as follows: 1. All municipal services will be provided by the developers. 2 . There will be no financing required of the municipality. 3 . There will not be any districts affected within the area being annexed. 4 . No information was received from the school district; however, they are aware of the Redstone Hills project by virtue of granting the school the right-of-way along one-half of Greeley Avenue. Also included is a drawing of the Annexation Plat showing the existing contiguity with the Town of Johnstown. If you should require more information or have any questions, please do not hesitate contacting this office.
