Box 609 Johnstown, CO 80534 RE: Redstone Hills Subdivision CDS Project No. 95-8244 Dear Mr. Hill: This letter discusses 4 topics referring to items (b) through (f) of the article dealing with the Annexation Impact Report for the Redstone Hills Subdivision. They are as follows: 1. All municipal services will be provided by the developers. 2 . There will be no financing required of the municipality. 3 . There will not be any districts affected within the area being annexed. 4 . No information was received from the school district; however, they are aware of the Redstone Hills project by virtue of granting the school the right-of-way along one-half of Greeley Avenue. Also included is a drawing of the Annexation Plat showing the existing contiguity with the Town of Johnstown.
