PRESS RELEASE OR IMMEDIATE RELEASE WELD COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS The Weld County Public Works Department has scheduled major road construction which will include culvert installations on Two Rivers Parkway (WCR 27.5). The work will begin on October 20, 1997, and will continue for approximately four weeks. Two Rivers Parkway (WCR 27.5) will be closed from State Hwy. 60 and WCR 396 to WCR 54 for the duration of the project. Other roads that lead to Two Rivers Parkway will be closed (See diagram below). In an effort to accommodate farmers, harvest vehicles will be allowed through one lane with flaggers. These vehicles will experience up to 30 minute delays. It will be necessary to totally close the road for approximately two days the second week of the project for the culvert installations. Detour routes north and south will be State Hwy. 257 and State Hwy 85. The detour route east and west will be WCR 54 (37th Street).
