The Weld County Board of Health met September 23, 1997, at 9:00 a.m. in the First
Floor Assembly Room of the Weld County Centennial Center. Those present
included:
Board Members: Ben Slater, Chair; Constantin Skoumbourdis, Vice
Chair; Melvin Brown, Frank Torsleff, Clay Moran, Roy Spitzer, and
Judith S. Yamaguchi.
Others: Jeffery L. Stoll, Director, Environmental Protection
Services, Weld County Health Department; and Pam Smith,
Environmental Protection Specialist, Weld County Health Department.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Constantin Skoumbourdis to approve the agenda as presented.
Judy Yamiguchi seconded the motion, and the motion was carried unanimously.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Melvin Brown to approve the September 23, 1997, minutes as
submitted. Constantin Skoumbourdis seconded the motion, and the motion was
carried unanimously.
ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT
Jeff Stoll gave a brief report regarding the Food Program.

made by Constantin Skoumbourdis to approve the Engineer Design as presented.
Frank Torsleff seconded the motion, the motion was carried unanimously.

was made by Constantin Skoumbourdis to approve the Engineer Design as presented.
Frank Torsleff seconded the motion, the motion was carried unanimously.
