requests today there should have been permits issued for 4600 new one
family dwelling if 27% of new starts are going in mobile homes. Mr.
Finnell stated there would be a trailer court on the original 53 acres.
We will not be able to make it as nice without the lakes on the second
piece of property. Mr. Paul asked if they would be willing to go into
the Mead lagoon. Mr. Ishmael, an objector, stated he has the right of
way in the upper lake to run his water in and store it and he has a
ditch right of way down to the south quarter. Wanted to know why he
wasn't notified. Mr. Tull stated he realized the easements had to
stay there. Mr. Ishmael asked how they proposed to keep from pollut-
ing the water. Mr. Claus stated he represented the Highland Lake
Ditch Company and the ditch runs through this property. Mr. Tull
stated they had taken into account that easements and water rights
would not be interefered with. Mr. Ishmael asked how the sewage etc.
would effect his domestic well. He was assured it would be taken care
of.
Be it therefore resolved to recommend to the Board of County Com-
missioners to deny the request for a change of zone "A" to "MH" as
the petitioners have not shown a need. Motion by Philip Bowles, secon-
ded by Ronald Heitman. A unanimous vote of "Aye". Motion carried.

missioners the zone change "A" to "I". Motion by Leonard Bartels
subject to the approval of the Town of La Salle. Seconded by Ben Nix.
A unanimous vote of "Aye". Motion carried.

olution for approval of 701 funds and submit to Jim Miles for approval
and to pay for some of it this this year. Seconded by Mr. Nix. A un-
