DEC 2 3/1966
WHEREAS, the County Road No. 157 between Sections 36 and 31,
in Township One (1), Range Sixty-eight (68) West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian from the Railroad crossing south to the Adams
and Weld County line is no longer needed for the public, -and,
WHEREAS, another road has been built which is safer and more
convenient for the general public,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County road No. 157
between Sections 36 and 31, in Township One (1), Range Sixty -

eight (68) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian from the railroad
crossing south to:=the Adams and Weld County line is hereby
vacated.

East Right -of -Way 8.55 feet; Thence South 08°38'00" East 2,669.33 feet
to the South line of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of said Section 31;

Quarter (SW4) of said Section 31 a distance of 187.75 feet to the point

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section 6, Township 1
North, Range 67 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld County, State of Colorado,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the West Quarter Corner (W1/4 Cor.) of said Section 6 and considering
the West line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) to bear North 00° 00' 00" East with
all bearings contained herein relative thereto;
Thence South 89° 21' 27" East along the South line of said Northwest Quarter of
Sectbn 6, Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, 24.69 feet
to the True Point of Beginning.
Thence along the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 375.00 feet and whose
