WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Commissioner in Dis-
trict No. 1 to lease purchase from McCoy Company, of 6000 Dahlia
Street (Colorado Boulevard), Denver, Colorado, one (1) 966 Caterpillar
Wheel Loader, arr. 6K5433, with all attachments, as per Invoice
No. 1468, and Government Agency Lease Agreement, all attached
and made a part hereof by reference, for a total purchase price of
$43,512.00, and
WHEREAS, it is the further desire of the Commissioner in
District No. 1 to rent from McCoy Company, said vehicle, for a
rental price of $1, 000.00 per month, and
WHEREAS, the County of Weld has been given the option to
purchase said vehicle, with a rental of $1,000.00 per month to be
applied to the purchase price.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County of
Weld agrees to lease purchase from McCoy, 6000 Dahlia Street
(Colorado Boulevard), Denver, Colorado, one (1) 966 Caterpillar
Wheel Loader, arr. 6K5433, with all of the attachments, all as
hereinabove recited.

This Agreement, made the 13th day of June in the year of Nineteen
Hundred and 69 , by and between Weld County District #1
hereinafter called the Lessee, and McCOY COMPANY, hereinafter called the Lessor, WITNESSETH,
that the Lessee and the Lessor for the consideration hereinafter named agree as follows:
1. Under the General Conditions of Lease printed on the reverse side of this sheet, the Lessor
hereby leases to the Lessee the following described equipment in good operating condition, to be

2. It is understood and agreed that Lessee shall have the option to extend the within lease at
the same monthly rental and upon the same terms and conditions as provided for in this lease for
an additional period of '-- months. Said option to extend to be exercised by Lessee in the
manner prescribed in Paragraph 4 hereof on or before the 15th day of the month following the date
of termination of the within lease or renewal thereof. gg 3. include rentals paid under the original lease as well as this extension. Said option to be exercised
by Lessee in the maner prescribed in Paragraph 4 hereof.
4. Lessee shall exercise the options provided for herein in Paragraphs 2 and 3 by action of the

cising said options and having a notice thereof delivered to Lessor by a written document contain-
ing a copy of said Resolution certified to by the County
