BOUNDARIES IN THE COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO.
Whereas, the town of Johnstown is, by present Commissioner resolution,
divided by a voting precinct boundary line, and
Whereas, the division is inconvenient and unsatisfactory to the
electors of this area, and
Whereas, the said boundary line can be changed to correct this
situation without in any way interfering with school, town, or general
elections, and it is desirable that the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, now consider, determine and establish such
modifications in the election precincts of Weld County, Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that Precinct 15 shall comprise that area
within the following described boundaries:
Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 31, Township 4
North, Range 68 West of the 6th. P.M.,thence East five and one half
miles. more or less, to the center of Section 36, Township 4 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th. P.M., thence South one-half mile, more
or less,to the South quarter corner of said Section 36, thence East
one—half mile, more or less, to the Southeast corner of said Section
36, thence North 4 miles, more or less, to the Northeast corner of
Section 13, Township 4 Tbrth, Range 68 West of the 6th. P.M., thence
East three miles, more or less, to the Southeast corner of Section 9,
Township 4 North, Range 67 West of the 6th. P.M., thence North five miles
to the Nprtheast corner of Section 21, Township 5 North, Range 67 West
of the 6th P.M., thence East one mile, more or less, to the Southeast
corner of Section 15 in said Township and Range, thence North one
mile more or less, to the Northeast corner of said Section 15, thence

West four miles, more or less, to the Northwest corner of Section 18 in
said township and range, thence South four miles, more or less, to the
Northeast corner of Section 1, Township 4 North, Range 68 West of the
6th. P.M.,thenee West six miles, more or less, to the Northwest
corner of Section 6 in said township and range, thence South five
and one—half miles, more or less, to the West quarter corner of
Section 31, Township 4 North, Range 68 West of the 6th. F.M., Being
the point of beginning.
PRECINCT THREE.
PRECINCT THREE shall consist of that area within the following
described boundary line: Commencing at the Northwest corner of
Section 18, Township 4 North, Range 67 West of the 6th. P.M.,
thence South four and one-half miles, more or less, to the West
quarter corner of Section 6, Township 3 North, Range 67 West of the
6th. P.M., thence East one—half mile, more or less, to the center
of said Section 6, thence South one—half mile, rore or less, to the
South quarter corner of said Section 6, thence East one—half mile
more or less, to the Southeast corner of said Section 6, thence South
one-half mile, more or less,to the West quarter corner of Section 8,
Township 3 North, Range 67 West of the 6th. P.M., thence East one
mile, more or less, along the East and West center Section line to
the East quarter corner of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 67
West of the 6th. P.M., thence North one-half mile, more or less,
to the Northeastcorner of said Section 8, thence- East one-half mile -
more or less, to the South quarter corner of Section 4, Township 3,
North, Range 67 West of the 6th. P.M., thence North one-half mile,
more or less, to the center of said Section 4, thence East one-half
mile, more or less, to the East quarter corner of said Section 4,
thence North three —fourths mile , more or less, to the Northeast
corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of'Section
33, Township 4 North, Range 67 West of the 6th. P.M., thence East
one—fo-arth mile, *ore or less, to the Southeast corner of the
Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 34, Township
4 North, Ran?7e 6" West of the 6th. P.M., thence North one—fourth
mile, more or less, to the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest Taa.rter of said Section 34, thence East one—half
mile, more or less, to the center of the St. Yrain River, thence
Northeasterly along the center of said river to its point of
intersection with the North line of Section 3, Township 4 North, Range
66 West of the 6th. P.M., thence West one—half mile, more or less, to
the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 34, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th, P.M.,
thence North one-fourth mile, more or less, to the Northeast corner
of said Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 34,
thence West one-fourth mile, more or less, to the Northwest corner of
the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said section 34,
thence South one-fourth mile, more or less, to the Northeast corner
of Section 4, Township 4 N rth, Range 66 West of the 6th. P.M., thence
West two and one-half miles, more or less, to the North quarter corner
of Section 6, Township 4 North, Range 66 West of the 6th. P.M., thence
North two miles, more or less, along the North and South center line
of Sections 31 and 30 to the North quarter corner of Section 30,
Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th. P.M., thenceEast one-half
mile, more or less, to the Southeast corner of Section 19, Township
5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th. P.M., thence North one-half mile,
more or less, to the East quarter corner of said Section 19, thence
West one-half mile, more or less, to the center of said Section 19,
thence North one—half mile, more or less, to the North quarter corner
of said Section 19, thence West three and one—half miles, more or less,
to the Northwest corner of Section 22, Township 5 North, Range 67
Wert of the 6th, P.M., thence South five miles, more or less, to
the Southeast corner of Section 9, Township 4 North, Range 67 West
of the 6th: P.M., thence West three miles, more or less, to the
Northwest corner of Section 18, Township 4 North, Range 67 Nest of
the 6th' P.M.,which is the point of beginning.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote.
