THIS AGREEMENT, made this 14th day of April, 1999, by and between THE BOARD OF WELD
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, and
Dustrol, Inc.
doing business as
Dustrol, Inc.
hereinafter called "contractor".
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the payments and agreements hereinafter mentioned:
1. The contractor will commence and complete the phased construction of
1999 ASPHALT MILLING CONTRACT
2. The contractor shall furnish all material, supplies, tools, equipment, labor and other
services necessary for the construction and completion of the project described herein.
3. The contractor shall commence the work required by the Contract Documents in
accordance with the date stated in the Special Conditions and shall complete the work
within the time stated in the Special Conditions unless the period for completion is
extended otherwise by the Contract Documents.
4. The contractor agrees to perform all of the work described in the Contract Documents
and comply with the terms of therein for the sum of: Fourteen Thousand, Two
Hundred Four and 10/100 Dollars ($14,204.10) for the project:
1999 ASPHALT MILLING CONTRACT
5. The term "Contract Documents" means and includes the following:
(A) Advertisement for Bid
(B) Information for Bidder
(C) Non-Collusion Statement
(D) 1999 Asphalt Milling Contract
(E) Bid Schedule
(F) Exhibit Information
(G) Taxpayer Identification Number(Form W-9)
(H) Bid Bond
(1) Special Conditions
(J) Agreement
(K) Contractor Insurance
(L) Performance Bond

(M) Payment Bond
(N) Change Order
(0) Location Map
6. The County will pay the contractor in the manner and at such time as set forth in the
General Conditions such amounts required by the Contract Documents.
7. This Agreement shall be binding upon all parties hereto and their respective heirs,
executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed, or caused to be executed by their duly
authorized officials, this Agreement, each of which shall be deemed an original on the date first
written above.
