A comparison of 1994 Sheriff's Office safety records with those of 1995, indicates the
following:
1) The number of injuries decreased from 65 to 47;
2) The total dollar amount paid for injury claims decreased from $137,000 to $15,000; and
3) The average dollar amount per accident decreased from $2,100 to $326.
Such outstanding statistics deserve recognition.
