Enclosed is a report that the Weld County Department of Social Services and the Weld County
Citizen Review Panel is submitting to the Colorado Department of Human Services. This report
complies with State regulations that require an annual report regarding the resolution of child
welfare grievances.
The enclosed report reflects no grievance activities for the period of June 1, 1997, through June
30, 1998.
