RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ED STONER TO MIGRANT HOUSING PROJECT
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Migrant Housing Project Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ed Stoner be appointed to said committee to
replace Chuck Cunliffe, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Ed Stoner to said committee as the
building/zoning representative, with his term to expire September 14, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ed Stoner be, and hereby is, appointed to the Migrant Housing Project
Committee, as the building/zoning representative, with his term to expire September 14, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 6th day of March, A.D., 1995.
