RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jeff Carpenter be to appointed to said
board, to replace Bonnie Edmiston, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Janice Brown be to reappointed to said
board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jeff Carpenter and reappoint
Janice Brown to said board, with their terms to expire November 1, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Jeff Carpenter be, and hereby is appointed, to the Juvenile
Community Review Board, with his term to expire November 1, 2001.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Janice Brown be, and hereby is reappointed, to the Juvenile Community Review
Board, with her term to expire November 1, 2001.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of January, A.D., 1999.
