not respond to either. Staff, according to statute, then valued the
property according to the best information available (BIA) . In 1997,
staff reduced the assessed value from $82 , 420 to $13 , 920 , after an
appeal " y petitioners. This petition is for a similar reduction in
asses e value for 1996 .

Weld Parcel. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 20, 1998, at 9:00 a.m., at which time
you may be heard. You are required to submit any supporting documentation regarding this
petition to the Office of the Clerk to the Board and to the Weld County Assessor's Office at least
seven calendar days prior to the meeting date in order for it to be considered at said meeting.
