RE: CONFIRM MOBILE HOME PERMIT #876 - HAROLD LEROY JOHNSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on May 30, 1984, the Board of County Commissioner of Weld County,
Colorado, did approve the request of Harold Leroy Johnson, 25938 Weld County Road 47,
Greeley, Colorado 80631, for Mobile Home Permit#876 for one mobile home to be used as an
accessory to a farm, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 26th
day of April, 1999, considered the request of Harold Leroy Johnson, for the continued use of a
mobile home to be used as a temporary accessory to farm under Mobile Home Permit#876,
and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is occupied in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on a
parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
Part of the North% of Section 25, Township 5
North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard all of the testimony,
confirms that the Mobile Home Permit for a Temporary Accessory to Farm Use may continue
through 1999, pursuant to Section 43.2.3.1.1 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, because
the Board finds there is sufficient evidence to show that the person occupying the mobile home
is engaged in the operation of the farm where the mobile home is located.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Mobile Home Permit #876 issued to Harold Leroy Johnson for a
Temporary Accessory Farm Use is confirmed to continued through 1999, pursuant to Section
43.2.3.1.1 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, because there is sufficient evidence to show
that at present the person occupying the mobile home is engaged in the operation of the farm
where the mobile homes is located.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of April, A.D., 1999.
