ACCEPTING RE -DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT OF WAY OVER THE PUBLIC ROADS,
STREETS, HIGHWAYS, EASEMENTS IN HIOLAND ACRES, EXCEPT LOTS 21 AND 31,
A SUBDIVISION IN WELD COUNTY, COLURAV _ , IN BEHALF OF THE PUBLIC:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that they hereby accept the re -dedication of the perpetual
right-of-way over the public roads, streets, highways, easements in
Highland Acres, except Lots 21 and 31, a subdivision in Weld County,
Colorado, in behalf of the public, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of said NE9-SE4 of said Sectionll,
thence S 0017' W 1105' along the E line thereof to a point 386'
Nly from the SE corner of said NE4SE-, thence N 89°43' N 492'
thence S 340 25' N 190', thence S 33033' W 130', thence S 104
18' W 122' to a point on the s line of said NE+SE4 a distance
of 693' W of the SE corner thereof, thence N 890 43' W 342' along
said S line, thence N 0°28' E 252', thence N 89°43' W 432',
thence N 0°28' E 1202' along the W line of said NE4SE4 to the
NW corner thereof, thence N 88. 51' E 1462.5' along the line to
the point of beginning: all in Section 11, Township 5 North,
Range 66 W of the 6th P. M.,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
Weld County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved
for filing, and the public roads, streets, highways, easements thereon
shown are accepted by the County of Weld provided, however, that the County
of Weld will undertake maintenance of roads, streets, and rights -of -way
after they have been constructed by the subdivider, not the County of Weld.
Reference is hereby made to the records of the Weld County Recorder
in Book , at Page /„,r4 .
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,

HARVEY D. AND ESTHER E. MATHIAS
FOR FUTURE RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has by resolution dated
June 6, 1972, recommended to the Board of County Commissioners the acquisition
of a parcel of land for future right-of-way purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes that it is in the best interests of Weld
County to accept the recommendation of the Weld County Planning Commission for
the acquistion of said parcel of land for future right-of-way purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that it does hereby accept the dedication or right-of-
way from Harvey D. and Esther E. Mathias covering a certain parcel of land more
particularly described as follows, for future right-of-way purpose,.
A parcel of land situated in the Southwest Quarter of tho
Southeast Quarter (SW4SE4) of Section 11, Township 5 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado.
Commencing at the Southeast Corner(SE Cor) of said Secti-n
and considering the South Line of said Section 11 to bear North
90° 00' 00" West and with all other bearings contained herein
being relative thereto:
Thence North 90° 00' 00" West, 1788.00 feet to the True Point
of Beginning;
Thence North 01° 44' 06" West, 453.99 feet;
Thence South 79° 35' 13" West, 10.12 feet;
Thence South 01° 44' 06" East 452.16 feet;
Thence South 90° 00' 00" East, 10.00 feet to the True Point of
beginning. Contains 0.104 acres and is subject to any Rights -
of -Way or other Easements as granted or reserved by instruments
of record or as now exisitng on said tract of land..
