RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MINOR RESUBDIVISION, S #465 -TOWN OF
BRIGGSDALE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 29th day
of July, 1998, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of the Town of Briggsdale, for a Minor Resubdivision for the vacation of
right-of-way on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Blocks 1 -4 Lots 1 - 10, and Blocks 5 - 16 Lots 1 -
20, Town of Briggsdale, Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to
September 2, 1998, at 9:00 a.m. following the Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee meeting
scheduled for August 27, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to September 2,
1998, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of July, A.D., 1998.
