RE: APPROVE SUBCONTRACT FOR LANDSCAPE BID AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO
SIGN - BODA-GALEY LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Subcontract for the Landscape Bid
between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Purchasing, and Bodla-Galey
Landscape Construction, with terms and conditions being as stated in said subcontract, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said subcontract, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Subcontract for the Landscape Bid between the County of
Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
on behalf of the Department of Purchasing, and Boda-Galey Landscape Construction be, and
hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said subcontract.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 10th day of November, A.D., 1999.

Boda-Galey Landscape Construction Subcontract
This agreement is made this 8" day of November 1999, by Weld County, Colorado
("Contractor") of 91.5 10"' Street, Greeley, Colorado 80632 and between Boda-Galey Landscape
Construction("Subcontractor")of 5268 Highway 66,Longmont, Colorado 80504,
• The Project
WHEREAS Contractor has entered into a general construction contract ("The Prime
Contract") dated November 8, 1999 with Boda-Galey Landscape Construction to furnish certain
materials, labor and services necessary for the construction of the North Ambulance Center
located in Greeley, Colorado ("The Project").
Subcontract Work
Subcontractor shall, as an independent contractor, provide and furnish all labor,
materials,tools,supplies,equipment,services,facilities,supervision and administration necessary
for the proper and complete performance and acceptance of the following portions of the work:
Furnish and Install Landscape.
Subcontract Price
In consideration of Subcontractor's performance of the Subcontract and the
Subcontractor Work,and at the times and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth,
Weld County shall pay to Boda-Galey Landscape Construction the total sum of Twenty one
thousand, eight hundred seventy one dollars and twenty four cents ($21,871.24), hereinafter, the
"Subcontractor Price",
This Subcontract is acknowledged and executed as of the date set forth above.
