RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER BARBARA KIRKMEYER TO THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer be
appointed, as an ex-officio member, to represent the Board of County Commissioners on the Board
of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer to
said board, with her term to expire December 31, 1995.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board
of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center as an ex-officio member, with her term to expire
December 31, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 4th day of January, A.D., 1995.
