(Industrial) uses. The parcel of land is described as a tract located in the N2 of Section 10, T2N, R68W of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been
submitted is south of and adjacent to State Highway 119; approximately 1/2 mile west of the 1-25 Frontage
Road.
