No permanent disposal of wastes shall be permitted at this site. 2. Any existing septic system(s) which is not currently permitted through the Weld County Health Department will require an I.S.D.S. Evaluation prior to the issuance of the required septic permit(s) . In the event the system(s) is found to be inadequate, the system(s) must be brought into compliance with current I.S.D.S. regulations. 3. The proposed septic systems are required to be designed by a Colorado Registered Professional Engineer according to the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations. The parcel of land is described as Part of the SE4 SW4 of Section 14, T4N, R66W . The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is Approximately 1/4 mile east of Highway 85; north of and adjacent to Weld County Road 44.. The application is submitted to your for review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation you consider relevant to this request would be appreciated. In addition, a typical cross-section or statement on the gravel parking lot identifying the depth and type of material is required. Is the access point new or existing?Is there additional accesses to the property from existing houses or field access points. All these items need to be identified on the drawing. On item No. 15 in the questionnaire,the applicant indicated that 49 vehicles could use this site. The applicant also indicated off-street parking to handle 24 vehicles. The applicant needs to identify an overflow parking area to possibly accommodate additional vehicles if needed. Keep in mind that our access policy states "one access per legal parcel."
