Dear Mrs . Eastin,
Confirming our phone conversation of a few days back, I would be
very grateful if you could let me know if you or any of the other
Weld County Commissioners have been approached with plans to build
an auto racetrack in Weld Co. some miles east of Wellington (or
anywhere else in your county) . There were plans to build such a
track here right by Wellington, but nothing has apparently been
happening recently with those plans, and a rumor has arisen that
the promoters are planning to put the track in Weld Co. instead.
