CO 80631 D•_ar Gary, I am sorry that I could not attend the last regionalization meeting. I was nearly half way there when problems in Sterling required my return. I look forward to the minutes of the last meeting and plan to attend the next. I have received a copy of the new mutual aid agreement between Weld and Morgan '.•unties. This agreement disturbs me greatly. I am incensed that areas which we have r iditional.ly covered have been assigned to Morgan County Ambulance, and for no valid and approriate reason which we can discern.. Further, even the residents of the affected a:.:a have expressed, in no uncertain temrs, their preference for Logan County Ambulance. I helieve that this agreement needs to be nullified and a more reasonable description nt Morgan County's response area drafted. Finally, you promised me that you would keep me advised and involved in this m i11er. I do not believe that this constitutes involvement. This is simply a land grab by n-t••rgan County Ambulance which is politically motivated and has nothing to do with the helter interests of the residents of the area, not to mention the residents that travel through th,r area.
