No. GRANTING CHANGE OF ZONE, DELTA DISTRICT FOR ERNIE SHOAF: 1 7 '''s119Mary Mn Feuerstein, Recorder WHEREAS, on October 21, 1964, a public hearing was had for the purpose of hearing protestants, if any, regarding a change of zone/in the Delta District as requested by Ernie Shoaf of 2113 East 18th Street, Greeley, Colorado, said area more particularly described as follows: and Rezoning from "A" Agricultural to "E" Estate That part of the West Halfcf the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (WiNW -SEk) Section 1O, Township 5 North, Range 65 West, which is now zoned "A" Agriculture to "E" Estate, Plus that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NEjSWj) of Section 10, Township 5 North Range 65 West, 986 feet West from the center of Section 1O, Thence South to the present Estate District, this distance is 661 feet South of 16th Street. WHEREAS, there appeared no protestants to said change of zone. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby unanimously agree to uphold the recommendation of the Weld County Planning Commission by granting the Change of Zone in the Delta District as requested by Ernie Shoaf.
