RESOLUTION
RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MINOR RESUBDIVISION - BUENO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an application from Charles and Ramona
Bueno, for a Minor Resubdivision #S-371, to vacate a portion of Monroe Place in Vollmar, Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on January 11, 1995, at which time the
Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter until February 1, 1995, to allow Lorraine
Cordova, applicants' niece and granddaughter, adequate time to research recorded documents
concerning the history of the affected lots, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing on February 1, 1995, the Board deemed it advisable to set said
matter for hearing on February 6, 1995.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, scheduled for hearing on February 6, 1995,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 1st day of February, A.D., 1995.
